Less than an hour away is a little gem of an inn that includes expansive vista’s, mountain seclusion and an award winning restaurateur, just outside of Ojo Caliente, NOSA is a food and wine lovers dream.
Speaking of food. Santa Fe has it all! Grab a burger at Bobcat Bites, a slice or a full pie at Back Road Pizza. One can stroll the plaza with a burrito, or make reservations for a glorious meal at the Bull Ring, Pink Adobe, The Shed or Coyote Cafe. If you want Italian Piccolino is a local favorite, Jambo Cafe serves food from Africa, Madagascar, the Mediterranean and Caribbean. French provincial fare is available at Clafoutis. If you like food from southern India the Paper Dosa is a must.
Local New Mexican food is unique and diverse, places like Tomasitas, Cafe Castro’s, Harry’s Road House and Posa’s Tamale factory to name a few, but do take the short drive to Chimayo to Rancho de Chimayo for authentic northern New Mexico cuisine.
